I had to order it myself cause prior Top Notch Co. took advantage of me waiting till my warranty ran out to come out and tell me my compressor is shot. So glad I picked out this unit it was the one I wanted in the first place one that is not discontinued it seems like a great unit and my new Installers A&A Air Services Inc. were amazing how they took care of me even put down a new updated tray for my Air Handler to sit on. Can't say enough how professionally it was all installed.

Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. I ordered the Mitsubishi 12000 BTU Ductless Heat Pump System for my Florida Rm and had it installed by a professional. It is operating absolutely great. I am more than satisfied with this unit. eComfort is the way to go.

Replaced a 26-year-old attic fan with the CL-6400. It was the right move. Very quiet, and it moves a lot of air. Cools the house down nicely.
