Installation took about 4 hrs (handy guy) and it's a 2 person job. Since the fans are placed in the attic and away from the bedrooms you barely hear the fans running at high speed unless you are standing right beneath them. I have a 3200 sqft home and this works quite well. From the day I got it installed, I use my AC much less. All in all a good purchase, wish I done this much sooner. Installed the ecobee 3 a few days ago, no problems at all with self install. The system is up and running and the remote sensor works properly in determining room occupancy and temp. range. Nothing wrong yet, the ecobee 3 does everything for you, just set it up and go. O and the Wi-Fi set-up was flawless too. This was the easiest product to use so far in 2015. Now lets see what it does for my gas bill...........if like everything else it will be great too.

Have had it up and running for about 4 days now, and have had no complaints. Using this for the main source of heat in a single wide trailer in the state of Maine. Got this for my sister and she called me last nite, temp was in the 20's outside and inside was 75 degrees, warmest she has ever had it in the cold weather since she has lived there for 30 years. Even one of her cats is not sleeping with them now, she is sleeping in the cat toy next to the furnace.
