UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well the furnace was wrapped and secured to the pallet. Installation was fairly simple by my installer. He said that he had installed more Goodman furnaces than any other brand and that it was easy to get parts. Furnace fired up and worked properly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that it was about 90 degrees the day it was installed. We didn't want to heat up the house too much. We'll have to wait... more
