My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Easily keeps my 14x18x9 living room (east and south exposure) plus 12x12x9 kitchen plus 10x10x9 dining room cool on a 90 degree day with large window exposures on all walls. Outdoor Unit:more

Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.
