Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Installed it in the bonus room above our garage. About 300 sq/ft. Insulated with 6" rolled installation, but ceiling being 6" under roof has a very high radiant heat effect in hot times of year. 9000 BTU's does job nicely. Can cool room to 65' to satisfy my most demanding guest from the north. But the most amazing thing is how quiet outside unit is. the system works great in my small beach house - less than 2000 SQ ft. also removes a good bit of moisture leaving the air very comfortable - I would purchase again.
