Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. Needless to say humidity was a problem in this 14' x 14' room. My room has a split ducted a/c unit set to 84 degrees and did have a dehumidifier. I replaced a Dunkirk XEB-3 (20 yrs. old) with the Dunkirk boiler above. The new one is all most identical to the old one, that is the pipes were located same as the old, so gas and water lines were easily plumbed. The old electrical wires could be used although lengthened to connect to the digital controls. The circulators location has changed, it's still provided with its wiring provided. Venting is the same as the old one. I was happy to get another Dunkirk that installed easily.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great!
