I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. I bought two of these electric baseboard heaters. My electrician said the installation instructions were very clear and was impressed with how well-engineered this product is. I find the baseboard units to be very attractive and they are providing very even heat.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.

Ordering a new Moline 75,000 BTU Hot Dawg from eComfort" I was assured of delivery in time to be installed for the predicted minus ten degree below zero weekend. Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? I replaced a Dunkirk XEB-3 (20 yrs. old) with the Dunkirk boiler above. The new one is all most identical to the old one, that is the pipes were located same as the old, so gas and water lines were easily plumbed. The old electrical wires could be used although lengthened to connect to the digital controls. The circulators location has changed, it's still provided with its wiring provided. Venting is the same as the old one. I was happy to get another Dunkirk that installed easily.
