I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Arrived promptly. Manufacturer readily available w/ live human beings answering the phone to provide tech/installation assistance. Straight forward installation w/ instructions, but would have liked a bit more detail on circulator placement. Installed & fired up in midst of cold snap. Only been a couple of weeks, but working without a hitch so far and heating house beautifully.

I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.

We replaced an Amana unit with the LG that claimed to be the quietest on the market. It is definitely quieter and we have had it installed for two weeks, running every day, however it is not quiet by any means. There is some type of groan towards shut down that lasts for about 10-15 seconds. It also runs more than the Amana did which I'm sure will result in higher electrical bills.
