Easy to setup and the optional install kit had everything needed for the job. Unit came missing a panel cover and still am waiting to see if this gets resolved.

Purchased this unit for the garage,which is my work shop. The installation was not difficult and very straight forward. Did have an HVAC person vacuum the lines as suggested. Both the indoor and outside units are extremely quiet. Very pleased with Daikin.

Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Sep 07, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

Friends recommended the Mitsubishi split system for a 350 SF addition to my business. All I could think about were the wall units used in motel rooms! But when I checked out a unit in operation, I was immediately impressed. It is clean, quiet, and uses significantly less electricity than I expected. Our old furnace was getting old and needed new parts, so we looked into a replacement unit. Goodman has a strong background in customer service, and they have a good product. The installation of the new unit was under six hours, and the LP change was very easy, once done the new unit started with no trouble and is working fine.
