I've got a 334 sqft bunkhouse/office on the ranch. It's been pretty toasty this summer so far & I've been on the computer alot. Needless to say computers are great for putting out heat!! It got to the point where I could only do computer work at night & then I would have to step outside where it was only 90 to cool off. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! Some details about the unit not in the description - comes with about 10' power cord/plug for the motor, 1" fittings are standard copper pipe sweat fittings, top and bottom frame just fits finished 2x4. Makes it easy to make a quick wood mounting frame. Unit radiates about 45K BTU with 167 degree water circulated into it at 2.1 gpm (return temp is 124 degrees). Fan is fairly low noise. Louvers a little light weight, have unit on the floor with louvers taped open.

I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided.
