The first company had an online program calculator to figure out the right furnace based upon the square footage, insulation and windows in the house. My suggestion is to have a very experienced high efficiency furnace plumber install the unit. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. My unit is exceptional and my wife likes the colored pictures designating the various modes of operation.
