I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. This fan will cost you a little more, but it's worth it! Light is plenty bright, comes with light bulbs, 2 regular, 1 night. Easy to wire. Very quiet, can hardly hear it. Moves a lot of air. My mirror doesn't fog up at all and everything is bone dry. A tissue can easily be held up with fan power. It almost tears it and sucks it through the slots! Packaging of the product was top notch, very well protected.
