Feb 16, 2016 After researching many brands of ductless mini splits I decided on Daikin. They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The inside fins are remote and so is the louver.
