If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. We had this water heater (Amtrol Hydromax HM-80) installed as part of a remodel in Dec 2013. Over the weekend (end of June 2016) it started a fountain out of the top and was getting everything around it soaked. Called service Monday morning, they said, yup, seen this before. Needs full replacement which is covered by the 7 year warranty however, their labor at $700 is NOT covered. I'm pissed. Also questioning what better brand we should buy.
