I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Have had it up and running for about 4 days now, and have had no complaints. Using this for the main source of heat in a single wide trailer in the state of Maine. Got this for my sister and she called me last nite, temp was in the 20's outside and inside was 75 degrees, warmest she has ever had it in the cold weather since she has lived there for 30 years. Even one of her cats is not sleeping with them now, she is sleeping in the cat toy next to the furnace.
