We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). I did purchase a genuine Mitsubishi lineset (MLS143812T-15) elsewhere and found that the torque value of 25-30 ft-lb specified for the 3/8" flare connection was too much and it... more

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.
