I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Great fit and easy setup , and winter is just starting the features work great, the two stage system is awesome. The two stage system keeps the house warm and it is a even heat , everybody here is happy so far .

Installed the unit, turned the power on, getting flashing on/off light. Remote cannot find out the problem.

Replaced a 22 year old Triangle tube heater with the Smart 40. My furnace hardly ever runs to keep my hot water hot unless I am using it. Really holds the heat. I have had it installed about a month now and I think it was a great purchase. A little expensive, but if it last as long as my last one, I'll be happy.
