Modine Noisy May 10, 2016

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. The addition of a sewing/craft room created a problem. How to heat and cool the room without destroying the home. The Mitsubishi Mini Split is flawless! The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. Superb Engineering May 10, 2016

My Mitsubishi has been up and running for about a month now, its currently heating a 440sq ft finished garage. Its super quiet and the heat is even and well controlled. I installed it myself and had no issues whatsoever ( I've worked in industrial automation and controls for many years ). Very nice unit I like it a lot.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer!
