The high efficient propane furnace, heat pump, coil, and expansion valves make a great package. We got it installed a week ago in Maine and it has been great so far, it has not gotten cold enough to switch to the furnace for heat, so it has only used the heat pump, but it has worked great. It is quiet and is great quality.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. This was just installed recently in mild temperatures so I can't comment on how well it can heat and cool my small structure but based on the air temp it should work pretty well. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65). Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
