Enjoyed your simple order form and response to request for a lift gate (free). Unit was a close replacement for my old (15 year) Coleman unit. Installation was fairly simple even for a 70 year old. The ducting needed some modifications, but no major renovations. I was amazed by how quiet the unit is. You have to actually listen carefully to hear it run. I was originally going to buy a Goodman furnace for a lower price from another online company but when I found EComfort on the web and talked with their representative it was like night and day difference. The first company had an online program calculator to figure out the right furnace based upon the square footage, insulation and windows in the house. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.
