I have nothing but good things to say about eComfort, their service, and support. Also the unit I ordered works perfectly. It has been installed for a month and has surpassed my expectations for its ability to cool my space and for being quiet. If you are worried about noise, this is the unit for you. its a whisper. Just What I Was Looking For Sep 01, 2016

I just built a new pole building and was looking for heat and decided this is it. At this point have it hanging, in process of hooking up so might be a little early for a review, but I can tell I'm going to be satisfied. Delivery was Awesome no complaints
