Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. The Right Furnace - A Good Price Dec 15, 2016

I bought a home that needed some work, and a furnace was one of the items it needed. I have never replaced one before, so checking for the right one was not an easy task. There are so many brands to choose from, and the price range and size also. So I looked around for some months and finally decided to try goodman, the brand that was originally in the home. Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.

Unit arrived as stated and well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow and correct. Did the installation myself with only some help to mount unit. Well pleased with results.

Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.
