4-star Nice Compact And Quiet Unit Works Well. Nov 07, 2016

Some details about the unit not in the description - comes with about 10' power cord/plug for the motor, 1" fittings are standard copper pipe sweat fittings, top and bottom frame just fits finished 2x4. Makes it easy to make a quick wood mounting frame. Unit radiates about 45K BTU with 167 degree water circulated into it at 2.1 gpm (return temp is 124 degrees). Fan is fairly low noise. Louvers a little light weight, have unit on the floor with louvers taped open.

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.
