At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Needed help upstairs in bedrooms. This unit has been the fix each room has its own control and this has been a good thing. Very quiet, good looking outside unit is so quiet i have to look at it to see if its on great buy thanks

The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom
