It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. I payed a lot of money for radiator and for installation. Today i found that radiator has several holes in it.God know what i have to go through to replace it. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit.
