I would like to be able to give a good report, but the truth is during just the second winter I used this product it stopped working. I tried to relight it but as soon as I let of the pilot button the pilot goes out. I removed the thermocouple which senses the pilot flame and locks the gas valve on so the thermostat can control the burner. I was told if you sand it off it can restore its function. I just purchased three more of these units, all three are 200,000 BTU, one unit is for a propane application so the conversion kit was ordered for that unit. All three are now installed and working beautifully. The 83% efficiency rating helps reduce the price of these units by 25% because they qualifying for an energy rebate from our utility provider. Quiet, nice finish, great product.
