UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.
