We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! I have owned this product for five months. The plumber has been here 20 times trying to get it to work. I currently have no heat. I am very unhappy with this product.

The Goodman furnace has a very good instruction packet and resources for the DIY person. The furnace is working so well that I would buy a second one in the future when I need one in 20 years. It is too early to determine how reliable the furnace is. This unit is not even a year old. I would recommend Goodman to anyone. Even if you can't install it yourself, if you have a good installer, it should work well for you.
