The fan came well packaged, and all of the contents were perfect. The fan is perfectly balanced and super quiet with no vibration. I can't hear it running at all in my house when it's running. The quality of the product is also very good. All other available attic fans are noisy and use a lot of power, so it's great to finally be able to purchase a high quality, low noise, and energy-efficient attic fan. I highly recommend it.

Pros: -Wasn't very heavy -Came with many accessories including a flare adapters -Nice to have the option of an intake from the bottom on head units -VERY quiet. -All hook ups are on one side of head unit -Condenser has tons of directional options on how cables/lines enter unit. -Electrical is simple and easily accessible. -CFM displacement is impressive. -Condenser came with good accessories including rubber vibration pads. Very quiet, you can only hear the fan running. Suction line service valve is too close to the case makes it difficult to braze the suction line in.
