I ordered 5 of these mats to heat a sunroom of ~10'x12' size with a standard osb subfloor and tile floor. The mats were delivered quickly and appear very robust in construction. Ample instructions on how to install are included and the installation is proceeding quickly with no issues.

I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. Ameristar furnaces ARE the same as Trane and American standard furnaces (per trane tech support), except they don't have a painted finish. Even made in the same Trenton NJ factory. This furnace is about 40% cheaper here, on this site, than the same model in a Trane is from the local distributor.

After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise.
