Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. I bought this unit to improve the air quality in my pet room that contains a 600 gallon aquarium and 200 more gallons in the sump bringing the total volume up to 800 gallons. Needless to say humidity was a problem in this 14' x 14' room. My room has a split ducted a/c unit set to 84 degrees and did have a dehumidifier. I have a large auto repair shop in upstate NY that was like an icebox every winter.... until we installed this unit! Now it easily warms up the shop and keeps it that way. We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Replaced an 80k BTU unit with this one. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast! I took a half-hour long shower, and by the time I'd dried, dressed and went to the utility room it was on standby........

I was very impressed with the units that Goodman sells. I purchased the efficient 96% unit. I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. Of all the many units that I installed while working, I have never seen any unit built as well and strong as this Goodman unit and it works well. I'm happy to give this testimonial.
