I installed a complete HVAC system in my home choosing the GMVM97 at the suggestion of eComfort after sending them my home specs. I installed it in July and had very good results on the A/C side. When colder weather came I was thrilled with the furnace performance. I have a NEST thermostat, and it is amazing. At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options.
