We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. I have a thermostat in the chase and a control system that turns on the fan when the chase temperature drops below 40 degrees F. Now I can spend time... more

Using in warehouse to prevent pipes from freezing, but since the weather hasn't been very cold it is difficult to evaluate. The install was fairly easy.
