I have two of these units. The first one I bought was for my Business to handle Domestic Hot-water (via Heat exchange and snow melt operations) Units has been up and running for 2 years with short run cycles from 7-15 Mins.... (not a good thing) but it has held up like a champ. we use 160f water for our low temp dishwasher. Then a heat another Heat exchanger for the Snow melt system. Arrived promptly. Manufacturer readily available w/ live human beings answering the phone to provide tech/installation assistance. Straight forward installation w/ instructions, but would have liked a bit more detail on circulator placement. Installed & fired up in midst of cold snap. Only been a couple of weeks, but working without a hitch so far and heating house beautifully.

Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.
