If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. After finally receiving both thr AC unit and evaporator coil in which the AC unit was lost and shipped separately, the installation went well and everything fit in place and we are enjoying cool air. So besides shipping, I have been please with my unit thus far.
