Installed my B10/4 with a becket burner, just over a month ago. I am very pleased with it so far. Have a tank for hot water and it heats the tank quickly. I have only had to run it a couple of times to take the chill off the house, but it did so well. It is quiet, light weight. The weight was nice since I have no outside access to my cellar, and had to bring it thru the house and down a flight of stairs. Upon opening the package, I noticed a loose piece of sheet metal inside on the floor of the heat chamber. Upon investigation, this piece belonged vertically placed to possibly stabilize each of the heaters, by fastening with only one sheet metal screw to the top. I was able to get it in place and fasten the screw from the top outside with a larger screw, since the design one was stripped. The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. Delivery was OK (took awhile). I installed the indoor unit in a difficult spot so ducting was a real challenge. The concern was finding a HVAC teck to complete the skilled work. It was several calls to find one and therefore paid more than I had budgeted. Recommend working on that issue prior to jumping in to self installation. Happy with the system.
