After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I installed a WarmWire heated floor in a 6'x8' coat room that had no other source of heat. It is on a concrete slab with 2 outside walls and a wall to an unheated attached garage. I glued 2 6mm thick sheets of Cerazorb synthetic cork directly on the concrete. It was super easy to lay the wire on top on the cork using the metal clip system provided. I shopped around the internet and had actually made a purchase of the Fujitsu Mini Split from another provider that indicated it was in stock and delivery promised in 3-5 business days. After my order sat there for 5 days I decided to call only to find out it would take at least 30 days due to a back order. The unit still showed immediate delivery. I can'd that order and found this website with a better price and they delivered within the promised timeframe. The unit is excellent.
