The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Incredibly quiet and efficient. Disappointed that it doesn't have the temperature read-out or any other display on the head. I think this was a foolish cost-cutting measure. Lose the remote or break it and you are screwed.
