Really Nice Heater At A Great Price Nov 18, 2016

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. It is solid, streamlined, very well crafted and very easy to install. Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.

Unit Is Garbage...stay Away!! Aug 19, 2016

Unit installed last October. Worked well for the first three months then started acting up. Required constant visits by plumber who at this juncture has no clue what the problem is and neither does the wholesaler or the manufacturer. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEVICE!!
