Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer! Ordered this unit Hot Dawg 45000 and it arrived in Days. Easy mounting, had no trouble setting it up. Turned it on and it worked grest, heated up my 14X28 shop in minutes, very quite unit. I will be getting much use out of this product.

This is the third Mitsubishi unit I've installed at my house. These units perform quietly, efficiently and hardly cost any $$ to operate. They can be added easily to just about any room in your home. If you have underperforming or just worn out conventional AC systems, this is definitely a system to add to or replace existing AC units. Highly recommended!!
