10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

Arrived promptly. Manufacturer readily available w/ live human beings answering the phone to provide tech/installation assistance. Straight forward installation w/ instructions, but would have liked a bit more detail on circulator placement. Installed & fired up in midst of cold snap. Only been a couple of weeks, but working without a hitch so far and heating house beautifully.
