It was an easy installation and it went in with no problems. Didn't have to do any adjustments all the factory setting were good and it went right in and hook up was seamless. I would buy another!

The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I recommend that you speak to a phone rep before placing your order. I didn't and fell into a sticky situation. In order to secure the full 15 year warranty om the product, you must check the cable for leakage to ground through the insulation of the wires. Leakage will cause the GFCI in the circuit to shut the heating cable off and render it useless. You must use a megaohmeter capable of sending a 1000 Volt pulse through the wire and capable of reading a 1000 megaohm result. These meters,if... more

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem. I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor.
