The installation went as smooth as glass. The contractor was done in one day with my help. I am using this system to cool my garage (20 x 20 x 9) in FL. The system both indoor and outdoor units are unbelievably quite. The system is not cheap. However, you are getting a very high quality product worth every penny. On a 98/98 degree/humidity day the garage was cooled to 72 in about 90 minutes.

Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. It's super quiet, works as noted. Would buy again, but slight damage on the unit does not seem to hamper working.
