After my order sat there for 5 days I decided to call only to find out it would take at least 30 days due to a back order. The unit still showed immediate delivery. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is.
