I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. We installed this unit in a small studio type building located in the Arizona desert northwest of Tucson. Even with a large south facing window and plenty of other glass, it keeps things cool even with when the temperature is over 115 degrees. Fast cool down from high starting room temperatures as well. Cooling is accomplished with a minimum of noise.on any blower setting. I highly recommend this very effective solution for specialized cooling needs such as ours..

I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
