While doing a house remodel, needed to replace (2) bathroom fans. Replaced 26 year old noisy models w/ Panasonic whisper quiet fans. The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

I have a 14 X 40 wood shop and was looking for something to heat/cool it that wouldn't cost a lot of money and also not run my electric bill through the roof. I think this unit is the answer. It was simple to install with no labor costs and it runs quiet and efficient. It keeps the shop comfortable with low humidity great for cast iron tables. We placed it about 5" off the floor on the lower end of the building away from busy working spots and also dust. The building has R23 insulation... more
