So far this seems like a terrific unit. We bought it primarily for heating. We spoke with a professional local installer who was terrific. They let us do some of the things to save costs. It's really easy if you can drill a hole through your wall. The professionals came before and after to check over what we did and then do the vacuum pumping and a few other things we just weren't sure about. The product arrived in less than 2-weeks. The unit is a high quality boiler made in Minnesota. This one was for my personal home. If you need questions answered or tech service, they are top notch. They know their product. This unit has been in operation for about a month and works flawlessly. I also have one of their plenum heaters, in use now for 12 years, without any problems what-so-ever.

I was hesitant to put in a whole house fan, because the one in my previous house was effective but really loud. Quiet Cool lives up to its name. It is so quiet, I don't have to turn up the volume on the TV. It works great too, pulling in the cool night air. I have a 1400 sq ft ranch house in Colorado and it cools off quickly. I'm so glad I didn't opt for air conditioning, saving a lot of $$.
