I placed my order on ecomfort.com based on the understanding that the units ordered would ship 2-5 business days (that's the info I was given at the time I made the purchase). I waited for almost 3 weeks but nothing arrived. When I called customer service, I was met with an indifferent and rude manager who informed that the items were on back order and that I had to wait longer. Our company has about 70 0f the v53 tankless waterheaters installed in our park models and cabins we got 7 cabins in 2015 june and 9 more in 2016 dec we are having problems with the heater to keep it running i've called for tech support but no one has a contract with rinnai to do warrenty work. We have customers in them now and no hot water - please help.

I ordered the Mitsubishi 12000 BTU Ductless Heat Pump System for my Florida Rm and had it installed by a professional. It is operating absolutely great. I am more than satisfied with this unit. eComfort is the way to go.
