I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! I was very impressed with the units that Goodman sells. I purchased the efficient 96% unit. I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. Of all the many units that I installed while working, I have never seen any unit built as well and strong as this Goodman unit and it works well. I'm happy to give this testimonial.
