Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit.
